We're seeking an Inside Applications Engineer to deliver exceptional customer service and sales solutions in industrial equipment systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize technical expertise to provide top-notch customer service, sales solutions, and technical support to customers and outside sales teammates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize equipment systems for end users.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely ordering and shipping of equipment, managing invoicing and logistics processes.
  • Promptly address technical issues and product failures to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Opportunity to advance to Territory Manager role, handling increased technical complexity and hands-on field troubleshooting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field (equivalent experience considered).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong computer proficiency and knowledge of industrial fluid handling equipment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Reliable work ethic with a strong commitment to results.
