Position Overview

We are currently seeking applications for the role of Lower Elementary Lead Teacher, responsible for guiding students in PreK through 2nd grade. The Lead Teacher will oversee the educational development and achievement of their classroom, which typically consists of 18 students in Pre-K and Kindergarten, and up to 24 students in grades 1-5. Support will be provided by associate teachers and special education staff.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for new teachers at Match ranges from $61,819 to $98,899, based on prior full-time teaching experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including significant health insurance coverage and assistance with student loan repayment.
