About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced BHD Administrative Manager to join our team at the Chinatown Service Center (CSC). As a key member of our Behavioral Health Department, this role will play a crucial part in supporting our mission to provide outstanding services and advocacy that promote a better quality of life and equal opportunities for immigrants and other communities.

In this role, you will oversee the daily administrative operations of our department, managing various administrative systems and workflows. Key responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and executing administrative procedures; identifying opportunities to improve business policies or objectives; preparing, tracking, and reviewing operational reports; allocating responsibilities and office space; assessing staff performance; managing staff and project schedules, including deadlines; and monitoring and projecting staffing needs.

To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Office Administration, Human Services, or Psychology, and a minimum of two years of progressive professional management experience, including coaching/training subordinates and interviewing for opportunities. You should be results-oriented with an understanding of office management processes and comfortable working in the healthcare and/or behavioral health industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including writing, speaking, and verbal communication, are essential for this role.
