About the Role

We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to provide exceptional service to our guests. As an Overnight Room Service Server, you'll be responsible for delivering food and beverages to our guests' rooms, anticipating their needs, and providing a personalized experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver food and beverages to guests' rooms in a timely and efficient manner
  • Anticipate and meet guests' needs, providing a personalized experience
  • Be knowledgeable about all available menu options and make recommendations as needed
  • Work collaboratively with the Food and Beverage Team to ensure seamless service
Requirements
  • Knowledge of MICROS preferred
  • One to two years' experience working in Food and Beverage preferred
  • TABC & Food Handlers Certifications required
  • Work authorization in the United States

Schedule and Hours

We're a 24/7 operation, and we expect our Overnight Room Service Servers to be flexible in working mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. This position requires flexibility in working overnight shifts from 10PM - 6AM.
