Ambulatory Care Registered Nurse

Position Overview:
The Ambulatory Care Registered Nurse (RN) delivers holistic nursing services to patients in an outpatient setting, addressing their unique physical, emotional, and spiritual requirements through tailored care approaches across all stages of life.
Care Coordination:
This role emphasizes the facilitation of care coordination by employing the nursing process to assess, identify, plan, implement, and evaluate comprehensive care and educational needs through both direct and virtual interactions.
Collaboration:
The RN collaborates effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Compliance and Standards:
Maintaining adherence to professional nursing standards and regulatory mandates is crucial, as is supporting healthcare providers in delivering high-quality care.

Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- Valid Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire.
- Must possess licensure in all states where care is provided upon hire.
- Minimum of 18 months of professional nursing experience.
