The Ambulatory Care Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering holistic nursing care to patients in an outpatient setting, addressing their unique physical, emotional, and spiritual needs throughout their life stages.
Care Coordination:
This role emphasizes care coordination through the nursing process, which includes assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive care and educational needs via direct interactions or telehealth services.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- An Associate's Degree in Nursing or a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- A valid Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- Current National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire.
- Licensure in all states where care is provided.
- A minimum of 18 months of professional nursing experience.
