Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage a team of technicians to ensure efficient and effective repair and service operations
  • Ensure that all vehicles are repaired and serviced to the highest standards, meeting or exceeding manufacturer specifications
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and control costs, ensuring that the service department operates within budget
  • Collaborate with the service manager to develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customers are satisfied with the service they receive

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; ASE certification preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an automotive repair facility; luxury brand experience highly desired
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision, with a strong sense of initiative and self-motivation
