About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Instructional Designer/Trainer to join our team at Kaseware, Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing training plans, training materials, and classes to support our internal users and integrators on the use of our Kaseware product.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a new certification program to train and certify new Kaseware integrators and internal employees
  • Review results and trainee feedback to improve materials and classes
  • Identify and develop additional software training opportunities
  • Maintain procedure documentation related to training and coordinate training material updates for software upgrades and updates
  • Utilize advanced instructional design strategies and technologies to create innovative learning experiences
  • Own and maintain the Kaseware Learning Management System
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an instructional designer, technical trainer, training specialist, or a similar role
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • Advanced technical skills
  • Excellent documentation skills
  • Experience creating training materials and giving presentations
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience in use/administration of an LMS
