About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Epic Instructional Designer to join our team at CommonSpirit Health. As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining course curricula and supporting training materials for applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in workflow analysis and design with Subject Matter Experts to ensure congruity between system design and lesson plans.
  • Develop and document internal procedures used in conjunction with the application and training.
  • Collaborate with system vendors, consultants, and technical services to ensure education delivery meets training specifications.
  • Lead small to medium projects, including issues lists, decision lists, risks, and status reports.
  • Support all team members with application and information systems knowledge.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge and skills obtained through a combination of education, training, and experience in a Healthcare environment.
  • At least five (5) years relevant healthcare experience; experience with adult learning and curriculum delivery preferred.
  • One or more valid Epic certifications. Must maintain certification(s).
