Civil Project Manager Job Description

GPAC is seeking a highly skilled Civil Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Massachusetts operations, you will play a crucial role in the growth and success of our transportation projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage transportation projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Develop and execute project work plans, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead project teams, mentoring junior staff and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Collaborate with clients, including MassDOT, to identify opportunities and drive strategic project pursuits.
  • Represent GPAC at industry events, promoting our brand and expertise.
Requirements:
  • BSCE or related discipline.
  • Must have PE certification.
  • Minimum 10 years of design experience, including project management.
  • Experience working on DOT projects.
  • Strong communication and client relation skills.
