About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Stationary Engineer to join our team at Providence Tarzana Medical Center. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the physical structure and associated equipment of our hospital are in good working order.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the performance of duties necessary to maintain the hospital's physical structure and equipment.
  • Perform minor electrical work, mechanical repairs, and other duties related to maintenance.
  • Work closely with the engineer supervisor/manager to ensure all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • National Steam Engineer License Grade I - State County City Trade License Authority upon hire.
  • California Fire and Life Safety Card - National Organization within 30 days of hire.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Coursework/Training: Related trade school.
  • 2 years in a Health Care related environment.
