About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Supervisor to join our team at Agape Care Group. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will play a vital role in managing the coordination, supervision, and implementation of professional and supportive services for our hospice patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the care team and provide education and training related to clinical practice, regulation, and reimbursement changes.
  • Help orient new employees and ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
  • Collaborate with the care team to provide high-quality care to our patients and families.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing school (BSN preferred).
  • 2-3 years of supervisory experience as a registered nurse in an appropriate clinical care setting, home health, or hospice environment (preferred).
  • Evidence of clinical and supervisory knowledge and experience appropriate to the assigned supervision responsibilities.
  • Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently, and lift at least 25 lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively.
