Job Summary

Florida International University is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented student to assist with day-to-day initiatives and projects related to the College of Architecture and the Arts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Initiate and complete projects as assigned by the CARTA Director
  • Provide support to staff and faculty with minimal supervision
  • Perform technical and complex tasks after initial instruction from supervisor
  • Lift and move items up to 50 pounds
Requirements:
  • Enrolled at FIU with a minimum of six (6) credit hours in a course of study leading to a degree or a Financial Aid eligible certificate
  • Awarded Federal Work Study (FWS) as part of their Financial Aid Award package
  • Knowledge of MS Suite and strong organizational skills
Work Schedule:

Hours will vary based on class schedule and needs of the department

Salary:

$12.00/Hour
