Position Overview:
As an Accountant, you will report directly to the Accounting Department Manager and play a crucial role in our financial operations. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

1. Dependable, honest, and judicious
2. Relevant business and accounting experience
3. Adequate training and education to ensure professional competence within the Accounting Department
4. Familiarity with GAAP accounting principles
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills
6. Proficiency in computer applications and office equipment
7. Sound judgment and common sense
8. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
9. Eagerness to learn and share knowledge

Responsibilities:
I.

Enhance the utilization and development of accounting systems and software to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for stakeholders, including government entities, banks, and management.


II. Oversee the continuation and completion of various accounting responsibilities, collaborating with other departments as necessary.
III. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of company operations, departmental functions, personnel, objectives, and strategies.
IV.

With a focus on future growth, assist in anticipating and preparing for upcoming departmental needs.


V.

Communicate effectively and reliably with colleagues to foster a productive work environment.


VI.

Stay aware of how your actions impact colleagues and the organization, both professionally and personally.
