Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Compliance Specialist to join our team at Tactile Medical. The successful candidate will play a critical role in the ongoing progression and maintenance of our corporate compliance and accreditation program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and enhance compliance training programs, including training communications and follow-up activities.
  • Assist with conducting investigations, resolving, and documenting compliance issues and questions, including suspected nonconformities to our compliance program requirements.
  • Conduct risk assessments, document outcomes, and implement follow-up actions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with Finance, IT, Sales, and other departments to ensure accurate and timely completion of annual sunshine act reporting (Federal and state requirements).
  • Communicate with Marketing, Sales, Regulatory, and Quality teams to ensure activities are consistent with regulatory and legal requirements.
  • Ensure compliance program requirements are fulfilled, including supporting elements of program reviews.
  • Perform ongoing, monthly exclusion reviews and resolve issues as they arise.
  • Support external and internal compliance and regulatory audits.
  • Develop an inclusive, collaborative, and positive compliance culture.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • 4+ years of compliance expertise.
  • Preferred: Previous medical device or medical provider experience, certification as CHC, CHPC, or willingness to become certified, and experience supporting compliance initiatives within a large organization.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Ability to establish credibility and build strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to design and/or enhance effective compliance training programs for adult learners.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with a wide-ranging audience.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to efficiently manage tasks and responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in understanding of compliance concepts in the healthcare industry.
