Job Summary:

The Radnor Township School District is seeking a highly skilled Registered Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will work closely with students, teachers, and other support staff to implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies and provide direct care to students in a one-on-one or group setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect and record data on student behavior
Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to implement positive behavior support plans
Provide a safe and supportive environment for students
Assist in de-escalation of students exhibiting behavior

Requirements:

Registered Behavior Technician Certification (or ability to acquire within 30 days)
High school diploma required; 2+ years college degree desired
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
