We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Quality Coordinator to join our team at Methodist Hospital. This role is responsible for coordinating performance improvement activities, analyzing data, and developing reports to improve patient outcomes.

Job Summary
  • Measure and analyze healthcare processes and patient outcomes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate performance improvement activities focused on specific patient service lines or quality initiatives.
  • Facilitate sentinel event investigations and root cause analysis activities to reduce risk and increase patient safety.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. Mandatory: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or medical school
  2. Preferred: Bachelor's Degree
  3. Mandatory: Minimum 3-years of clinical experience
  4. Preferred: Quality Management, regulatory compliance, TQM/CQI training and experience
  5. Mandatory: Experience in utilizing word processing, spreadsheets, clinical systems and databases
