Job Title: Associate Director, Global Product Marketing - Body Care

Join Sol de Janeiro as we seek a talented Associate Director, Global Product Marketing - Body Care to lead our SPF product line. This role will be responsible for shaping the future of sun care, blending innovative marketing strategies with product excellence to deliver standout results.

This is a pivotal role in our organization, and we are looking for a self-starter with a trend-hunting mindset to drive game-changing projects from conception through to commercialization. The successful candidate will have a potent blend of strategic, creative, and analytic skills, with exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills.

The Associate Director, Global Product Marketing - Body Care will be responsible for:

  • Strategically managing and continually refining the 3-year rolling product launch calendar, focusing on our SPF subcategory to deliver breakthrough innovations and compelling promotions.
  • Delivering innovation concepts that drive breakout growth based on gap analysis, performance reporting, and consumer-focused data from internal and external sources.
  • Working with the Executive Director to manage cost and margin targets to meet financial objectives of the brand and category.
  • Championing sustainability within the product development process, ensuring all products meet the highest environmental standards without compromising on quality.
  • Conducting rigorous analysis of category performance and making strategic recommendations to optimize the product portfolio.
  • Developing comprehensive product marketing strategies that define and communicate the unique benefits and claims of our SPF products, ensuring they resonate with a global audience.
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and consistent market performance.
