Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including answering questions, processing personnel-related files, and maintaining records.
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training programs, including preparing job advertisements, processing new hire paperwork, and conducting background checks.
  • Maintain and update organizational charts, quarterly attrition reports, and other HR-related documents.
  • Perform periodic audits of files and records to ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Compile and prepare reports and documents related to personnel activities.
  • Provide HRIS support, including data entry, recordkeeping, and reporting.
  • Assist with special projects, including research and data collection, and implement process improvements for HR policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in human resources or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1-3 years of related experience in an administrative role, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver's license in good standing.
  • Knowledge of HR terminology and pertinent federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong computer skills in word processing, database management, spreadsheet development, and publication software programs.
  • Excellent critical thinking and organizational skills.
