Compensation: The salary range for this position is between $60,000 and $75,000 annually, with opportunities for bonus compensation.

Position Overview: We are looking for a visionary leader who is enthusiastic about the Montessori philosophy and possesses the skills necessary to enhance enrollment, attract and retain exceptional staff, cultivate a supportive parent community, and guarantee that every child's educational experience is of the highest quality.

As the Early Childhood Education Administrator, your leadership will guide the entire campus team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Formulating a strategic vision for the campus
- Fostering a vibrant culture that reflects our organizational mission
- Building a cohesive community among staff, parents, and children
- Delivering an outstanding educational program
- Meeting financial objectives, including campus budget management
- Collaborating with the Assistant Administrator to achieve enrollment goals
- Recruiting, mentoring, and managing teaching personnel

- DCFS director qualification
- Leadership experience in early childhood education

- Strong leadership skills with the capacity to make informed decisions under uncertainty
- A genuine passion for advancing education through the Montessori approach

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in early childhood education settings
- Background as an Admissions, Administrative, Program, or School Director in a preschool
- Familiarity with the Montessori educational method or possession of a Montessori certification
