Job Summary:

Chesterbrook Academy is seeking a skilled and passionate Infant/Toddler Lead Teacher to join our team. As a key member of our early childhood education division, you will be responsible for coordinating classroom operations and implementing our proprietary curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the unique needs and interests of our students.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to keep them informed about their child's progress.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices in early childhood education.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
  • At least 6 credit hours in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Special Education, Elementary Education, or the Human Services field.
  • Valid CDA (Child Development Associate) credential or equivalent experience.
