Early Childhood Educator Opportunity

At Bright Horizons Children's Centers, we're seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As a Resource Teacher, you'll have the opportunity to work with children from birth to age six, providing a nurturing and engaging environment that fosters their growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead hands-on activities to meet the needs and interests of the children.
  • Communicate daily with parents, documenting and sharing important milestones in their child's day.
  • Keep the classroom safe and clean by following important procedures and guidelines.

Requirements:

  • At least 19 years of age with a high school diploma or GED required.
  • 60 semester hours (or 90 quarter hours) of credits from an accredited college or university with six semester or nine quarter hours in courses related directly to child care and/or child development, from birth to age six; OR
  • 1 year (1560 clock hours) of child development experience in a nursery school, kindergarten, or licensed day care center and 30 semester hours (or 45 quarter hours) of credits from an accredited college or university with 6 semester or 9 quarter hours in courses related directly to child care and/or child development, from birth to age 6; OR
  • Completion of credential programs approved by the Department in accordance with Appendix G of this Part (CDA).
