Job Title: Lead Preschool Teacher

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Lead Preschool Teacher to join our team at Chesterbrook Academy. As a Lead Preschool Teacher, you will be responsible for coordinating classroom operations, implementing our proprietary curriculum, and ensuring a safe and engaging learning environment for our students.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate classroom operations, including the implementation of our proprietary curriculum.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of our students.
  • Provide a safe and engaging learning environment for our students.
  • Collaborate with fellow staff members, school administration, families, and the community to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a preschool teaching role.
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds or less and occasionally lift 25-50 pounds.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
