Job Description

As a key member of our resort team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless experience for our visitors. Your role will involve a range of administrative tasks, including answering phones, managing office supplies, and preparing marketing materials.

This position requires flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Greet and establish rapport with guests, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance, including answering phones, typing, copying, faxing, and filing.
  • Resort Operations: Assist with the preparation of resort communications, such as rule reminders and violation notices.
  • Supply Management: Ensure office supplies are sufficiently stocked and prepare supply orders as needed.
Requirements
  • Intermediate Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, and the internet.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with guests and colleagues in a professional manner.
  • Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours and be readily available to guests.
