Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute creative services and social media content plans for apartment communities, including content creation, design, scheduling, and posting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather content and ensure website information is current and relevant.
  • Coordinate photo, video, and media shoots for apartment communities with preferred vendors, ensuring high-quality content that showcases the unique features and amenities of each property.
  • Oversee post-production processes with preferred vendors, including editing and retouching, to produce polished and professional visual assets.
  • Work with preferred vendors to design and produce print materials such as brochures, flyers, and promotional materials for apartment communities.
Requirements:
  • Experience in web design and content management.
  • Strong creative eye and graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe, etc.).
  • Experience coordinating photo, video, and media shoots.
  • Proficiency in social media management platforms with demonstrated experience.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Understanding of branding principles and ability to maintain brand consistency across various marketing channels.
  • Experience working on the property management or real estate industry is preferred.
