Job Overview

ServiceNet is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Program Director to lead our Residential Program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the program, ensuring the well-being and safety of our clients, and promoting a supportive and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the start-up and setup of the program, including hiring staff, program development, and licensing regulations.
  • Oversee the overall operation of the program, including daily affairs, welfare, and safety of clients.
  • Teach and model techniques for staff, promoting a culture of Positive Behavior Support.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans, including nutrition, dress, sleep, and medical services.
  • Manage client money and respond to crisis situations via our 24-hour on-call system.
  • Participate in team meetings, ISP Reviews, and Treatment Team reviews.
  • Develop and maintain agency certifications and ensure compliance with regulations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and supervisory/management experience preferred.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Experience working with developmental disabilities/brain injury population.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record.
  • Excellent communication, computer, and organizational skills.
  • MAP, PABC, and CPR/First Aid Certified preferred.
  • Able to pass background screening (CORI).

Work Environment
