We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and project support to the human resources department and receptionist services to the organization.
The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work efficiently and effectively on multi-phone lines and multi-projects in a high-traffic environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative and project support to the HR department, including answering incoming calls, directing callers to the appropriate person(s) or department, and maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.
- Assist recruiters with candidate background and reference checks, new hire notifications, interview confirmations, and other recruiting administration when necessary.
- Coordinate logistics for training events within the department and provide administrative support to HR Executives as requested.
- Manage security badges for all employees, new hires, temps, and visitors, and maintain and order supplies for the department.
- Provide basic administrative assistance upon request from all departments and assist in the administration of the HR SharePoint intranet pages.
- Two to three years of administrative support/receptionist experience.
- High school education or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively on multi-phone lines and multi-projects in a high-traffic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to navigate basic computer systems and website applications.
- Ability to apply critical thinking and demonstrate sound judgment in various situations.
