Key Responsibilities- Clinical Assessment and Care Planning: Demonstrate clinical assessment skills and care planning skills to provide safe and effective care for patients.
- Patient Care Delivery: Professionally direct and manage the activities of the patient care delivery team to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans, and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Patient Education: Assess learning needs of patients and families, and provide education based on age, culture, and willingness to learn.
- Education and Licensure: Current State of PA RN licensure or Current multi-state licensure through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC).
- Experience: 2 Years RN Experience.
- Certifications: CPR certification.
