As a Clinical Decision Unit Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to a designated patient population. You will work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide safe and effective care for patients based on clinical assessment and care planning skills.
- Direct and manage the activities of the patient care delivery team.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Assess learning needs of patients and families and provide education based on age, culture, and willingness to learn.
