Job Description

ZARRELLCO is seeking a detail-oriented Insurance Compliance Coordinator to review, verify, and manage certificates of insurance (COIs) from vendors and subcontractors.

This role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and verify COIs submitted by vendors, subcontractors, and other third parties.
  • Ensure that all insurance policies meet company requirements and align with contract terms.
  • Follow up with vendors and subcontractors to resolve any discrepancies or incomplete COIs.
  • Maintain a comprehensive tracking system for all COIs.

Contract Management:

  • Assist in the preparation and management of contracts, ensuring all required insurance provisions are included.
  • Monitor contract renewals and ensure all required insurance documentation is up to date.
  • Maintain accurate records of contracts, change orders, and insurance-related documents.

Communication and Coordination:

  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth contract execution and compliance.
  • Communicate with vendors and subcontractors to request missing or updated insurance certificates.
  • Support project managers and other stakeholders by providing current insurance compliance information.

Risk Management:

  • Assist in identifying potential risks related to vendor and subcontractor insurance.
  • Work with senior management to mitigate these risks and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Administrative Support:

  • Provide general administrative support for the contracts department.
  • Assist in preparing reports related to insurance compliance and contract status.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Estimated Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
