Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including data entry, document analysis, filing, and preparing outgoing mail.
  • Communication: Communicate professionally with clients to request additional information and follow up on those requests until tasks are complete.
  • Data Entry: Enter provider enrollment information with 100% accuracy and within 3 business days.
  • Document Management: Review incoming documents to identify information to be redacted, determine whether they should be scanned, filed, or routed to other staff.
  • Special Projects: Assist Dedicated Funds staff with special projects as needed.
Requirements
  • Strong Customer Service Skills: Provide excellent customer service skills to internal and external clients.
  • Basic Computer Skills: Possess basic knowledge of computer procedures and familiarity with Microsoft Office products.
