We are a personal injury law firm, seeking a highly skilled Pre-Suit Case Manager to join our team at Michael T. Gibson. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a case load from initial stage until demand stage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high-volume case load, ensuring timely and efficient progression of cases.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case lists, with regular follow-ups at 30, 60, and 90 days.
  • Prepare files for demand on a weekly basis, meeting quota requirements.
  • Provide exceptional client service, addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding case progress, loss wages, and mileage reimbursements.
  • Coordinate with medical providers to obtain medical records and insurance policies.
  • Assist in scheduling recorded statements, EUO's, and global mediations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Stay organized and focused in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational, writing, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information.
  • Excellent interpersonal and phone skills.
  • Strong typing and verbal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and take direction.
