Position Overview:

The Senior Military Construction Project Leader will deliver expert project management capabilities in the realm of construction, specifically tailored to support an operational-level military headquarters. This role is crucial in the enhancement of operational support force capabilities, facilitating agile employment of military operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate engineering-specific requirements across various command units and agencies to ensure optimal allocation and synchronization of logistics resources.
  • Provide direct assistance in the restoration and improvement of airfields within strategic military zones.
  • Contribute to the formulation of Courses of Action, Support Concepts, Action Plans, and integrated master schedules.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in military or troop construction planning.
  • At least 2 years of experience in managing construction projects.
  • Proficient in developing scheduling, coordination, and tracking components for construction initiatives.
  • Possession of a Secret clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in cross-functional teamwork and collaboration across various departments and commands.
  • Familiarity with agile combat operations and the Agile Combat Employment (ACE) initiative, including site assessments and infrastructure enhancements.
  • Experience as a planner or project manager within the INDOPACOM area of responsibility.
  • Capability to present briefings to senior military officials.
  • Possession of TS/SCI clearance.
  • Master's degree in a relevant discipline.

Security Clearance:

Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; a Secret clearance is mandatory.

The salary for this position is determined by various factors, including location, education, skills, and experience. The projected compensation range for this role is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 annually. This range reflects the typical salary for this position and is part of Booz Allen's overall compensation package.

Work Environment:

Our culture emphasizes flexibility and collaboration, whether in-person or remote. If this position is designated as remote or hybrid, periodic work from a Booz Allen or client site will be required. If onsite, in-person collaboration with colleagues and clients will be necessary.
