Commercial Sales Director

ServiceNow is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Sales Director to drive sales growth and lead a team of sales executives in the region. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for building and executing a sales strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and expands our customer base.
- Lead a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales operations, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales initiatives.
- Manage and report accurate sales forecasts and pipeline to the business.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, and build relationships with key decision-makers to drive sales growth.
- Proven track record of sales success, including experience in leading high-performing sales teams.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and financial planning skills to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to understand the competitive landscape and develop effective sales strategies to drive growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and prioritize multiple initiatives to drive sales growth.
