Drive Growth and Innovation in North America

Capture One is seeking a highly driven and achievement-oriented Commercial Director to lead our team and efforts in North America. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing commercial strategies to drive ARR growth and market penetration across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies to drive ARR growth and market penetration in North America.
  • Build and maintain long-term, value-creating relationships with key B2B and B2C resellers to drive ARR and customer acquisition.
  • Oversee local marketing initiatives to drive awareness and ROI ambitions, including close collaboration with resellers to develop joint marketing plans.
  • Recruit, manage, and mentor the US sales and marketing team, setting performance targets and managing key performance indicators.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and other critical metrics, utilizing data to inform decision-making and adjust strategies as necessary.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience with a track record of exceeding targets, including building and managing commercially viable partnerships and driving B2B sales.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies targeting B2B and B2C customers, embedding ROI considerations.
  • International exposure, preferably within SAAS, with experience working in international settings and with scale-ups.
  • In-market leadership experience, including building and developing high-performance commercial teams within the US.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a proactive approach to taking and applying feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Technological proficiency, including experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot.
  • Collaboration and relationship-building skills, with a commitment to driving results in a diverse, hybrid team environment.
