Customer Support Specialist

Artlist is a leading creative technology company seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to deliver exceptional customer service to content creators worldwide.

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns. You will be responsible for resolving issues, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

We are looking for a proactive and organized individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be part of a dynamic team that values creativity, innovation, and customer-centricity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service through email and online chat
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with Artlist products and services to provide accurate information to customers
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, such as customer services, retail, or hospitality
  • Proactive and organized with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Computer savvy with experience in Adobe Premiere, Davinci Resolve, and/or Final Cut (a plus)
  • Excellent listening and communication skills, with a friendly and engaging demeanor
  • Ability to demonstrate empathy when resolving customer concerns
  • Availability to work Tuesday to Saturday
