We are seeking a highly skilled Test Technician III to join our team at Stryker Employment Company, LLC. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for executing robust development and verification test protocols to ensure the highest quality of our medical devices.
Key Responsibilities- Under minimal supervision, perform assigned development and verification tests on new and existing products per written/verbal instructions
- Set up and perform tests and experiments of varying complexity and scope, which comply with Stryker requirements, appropriate FDA requirements and engineering standards
- Submit periodic reports on assigned topics to appropriate personnel
- Provide guidance to contract support, new hires and interns
- Interact with engineering and production project teams
- Comply with documentation procedures and maintain test laboratory housekeeping standards to the highest level
- High School Diploma or GED, required
- Three (3) years' relevant work experience, required
- Basic blueprint/schematic reading skills, preferred
- Ability to operate small hand tools (e.g. pliers, screwdrivers, hammer, wrenches, etc.), small power tools and common test/inspection equipment, preferred
- Ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs, required
