Assembly Technician

At Pole/Zero Acquisition, Inc., we are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing department, you will be responsible for assembling and testing our high-quality equipment, including gear pumps, pelletizing systems, and filtration systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Read and interpret assembly drawings, blueprints, and layout drawings to ensure accurate assembly and testing of equipment.
- Assemble and test equipment, including gear pumps, pelletizing systems, and filtration systems, to ensure they meet our high-quality standards.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure that all equipment meets our quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the assembly and testing process.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve our manufacturing processes and equipment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
- Strong understanding of mechanical and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
This position is located in our Kent assembly area. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on quality and safety. The successful candidate will be required to work in a team environment and be able to lift up to 80 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
