At QualityIP, we are seeking a skilled and experienced HelpDesk Technician to join our team. As a HelpDesk Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide technical assistance and support for computer systems, software, and hardware
- Respond to support tickets, emails, and phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Collaborate with IT colleagues to ensure smooth operation of the company's IT infrastructure
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems, printers, and other peripherals
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to articulate complex technical issues to diverse audiences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience as a HelpDesk Technician or in a similar role
- Knowledge of Windows Server, remote access technologies, and antivirus software
- Competency in computer hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting
