Job Title: HelpDesk Technician

At QualityIP, we are seeking a skilled and experienced HelpDesk Technician to join our team. As a HelpDesk Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide technical assistance and support for computer systems, software, and hardware
  • Respond to support tickets, emails, and phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with IT colleagues to ensure smooth operation of the company's IT infrastructure
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems, printers, and other peripherals
  • Document technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system
Requirements:
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to articulate complex technical issues to diverse audiences
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience as a HelpDesk Technician or in a similar role
  • Knowledge of Windows Server, remote access technologies, and antivirus software
  • Competency in computer hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting
