Onboard Solutions, LLC is seeking a dedicated Assistant Director of Client Success to enhance our established programs and lead a team of case managers. This pivotal role is designed for a leader who can inspire and develop their team to achieve outstanding client outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Coach and mentor a team of case managers to ensure effective client onboarding and support.
  • Manage and monitor team performance against client success metrics.
  • Lead initiatives to gather and analyze client feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on team performance and client progress.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, team members, and volunteers.
  • Assist in resolving escalated client issues as necessary.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in social services, health services, or a related field, or a combination of an associate's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within case management.
  • Proven experience in case management, training, coaching, or consulting across diverse client groups.
  • Strong skills in goal setting, tracking, and accountability.
  • A track record of delivering exceptional customer service to varied populations.

Compensation will be commensurate with experience, with an estimated range of $60,000-$70,000 annually.
