We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Program Manager to lead our Program Management Office (PMO). The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining the PMO, ensuring all large and complex projects are delivered on time and meet business expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the PMO and support all large and complex projects
  • Assess existing project management processes and create a strategic roadmap to advance the program
  • Partner with leadership to ensure initiatives are aligned with the organization's strategic goals
  • Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • Minimum 5-7 years' experience in project management or operations
  • 3+ years' experience managing large complex projects
  • Advanced proficiency in Project Management and Process Improvement tools
