Incentives:
This role includes a $3,000 sign-on bonus, distributed as $1,500 upon hiring and $1,500 after six months of employment.
Overview:
This position is designed for individuals who can work remotely while also being required to travel as necessary. Candidates are welcome from various locations within the Metro-Atlanta area.

Role Responsibilities:
As a Case Management Specialist for Post Release Services (PRS), your primary focus will be on providing support to Unaccompanied Children (UC) and their families. Key responsibilities include:
1. Managing a caseload in accordance with contractual obligations and agency standards.
2. Conducting home visits as required by contract stipulations.
3. Facilitating resource referrals and community connections while applying trauma-informed care principles.
4. Evaluating potential placements for unaccompanied children, which includes conducting interviews and outreach to families in their home countries.
5. Completing and documenting all necessary reports, case notes, and contacts in the designated database within specified timeframes.
6. Offering psycho-educational resources, referrals, advocacy, and support to children and families.
7. Providing family stabilization counseling and assisting qualified unaccompanied children in accessing services.
8. Building and maintaining positive relationships with community partners and resources for families.
9. Continuously assessing the safety and suitability of placements using child welfare principles and best practices in social work.
10. Participating in mandatory training sessions and ongoing professional development to meet federal, state, and agency requirements.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution, with a minimum of two years of case management experience in child and family services, or three years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Familiarity with state, community, and agency resources for victims of abuse.
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
- Successful completion of a criminal history screening, including checks with state and local child protection agency registries.
