Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Change Management Lead to join our team at Raytheon. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the change management process, ensuring seamless integration of new technologies and processes, and driving business growth through effective change management strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the change management process, ensuring timely and effective implementation of new technologies and processes
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize changes, and develop plans to implement them
  • Provide technical direction and guidance to team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to implement changes
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in change management, with a focus on leading large-scale change initiatives
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency through effective change management strategies
  • Strong technical skills, with experience in assessing and responding to proposals, including proposal generation, evaluation, reviews, pricing, quality checks, and submissions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued Top Secret/SCI security clearance
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with satellite ground system development and Agile Best Practice methodologies
  • Ability to work independently and provide technical direction to team members
  • Ability to assess, recommend, and champion areas for improvement in the overall change management process
