Job Title: Principal Systems Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Systems Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development of system requirements and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will work under the direction of various technical leads and interface with team members, C2BMC management, and government customers to ensure high-quality products are generated on time and within the resources available. Responsibilities include integration of product lines, generation of responsible sections of capability specifications, DOORS processes and procedures, training less experienced personnel in SE techniques, reviewing the content and details of technical products, and acting as a technical interface to MDA working-level counterparts on an as-required basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform Global DOORS Administration for COS, HSV, and MDIOC
  • Create modules for these sites
  • Synchronize modules between sites
  • Create DOORS reports (e.g., specifications traceability and metrics)
  • Work user problems (e.g., installation, use of Change Proposal System)
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Math, Science, Engineering, or Software Engineering, or equivalent experience/combined education
  • Minimum 8 years of experience
  • Extensive DOORS scripting experience
  • Experience improving DOORS database performance
