Director of Operations

The Director of Operations is a key leader who plays a vital role in the success of The Collective. This individual is responsible for building and managing a high-performing team, ensuring the smooth operation of the organization, and driving growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and run cadence for team meetings, including structuring and delivering company-wide communication
  • Operate at a tactical, strategic, and operational level, handling the oversight of projects that don't neatly fit within the organizational chart or that fall between departments or leadership areas of responsibility
  • Proactively protect the CEO's time to ensure her calendar is aligned with the priorities of the organization
  • Provide actionable recommendations for improvement and be responsible for all financial systems, including maintaining the books, paying the bills, assuring the collection of commissions, maintaining the budget, and generating financial reports
Qualifications:

Compensation: $95,000 - $115,000 yearly

This is an in-office position in West Palm Beach, FL, with hours of operation from Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, with some travel and occasional nights and weekends as necessary.
