Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Laser Operator to join our team at Workbox Staffing. As a Laser Operator, you will be responsible for operating laser equipment to produce high-quality parts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret blueprints, micrometers, and calipers to ensure accurate production.
  • Troubleshoot problems with machinery to minimize downtime.
  • Lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Meet production quotas and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
  • Load and operate the laser, and take parts off the press brake and put them into bins/boxes.
Requirements
  • 1+ year experience with laser operation.
  • GED or High School diploma.
Preferred Skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
