Hospitality Assistant Dietary Full Time Days

We are seeking a Hospitality Assistant Dietary Full Time Days to join our team at Metrowest Medical Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and delivering meals and snacks to patients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and quality of care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and deliver menus from patient rooms, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of meals and snacks.
- Set up trays according to patient menu choices and deliver to patient rooms, checking for completeness and accuracy.
- Pick up dirty trays and return to the dish room, assisting with cleaning and sanitizing as needed.
- Assist with food preparation and presentation, ensuring a high level of quality and presentation.
- Work collaboratively with the food and nutrition team to ensure seamless delivery of meals and snacks.
Requirements:
- Ability to follow routine written and verbal instructions, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Up to two months of on-the-job training or experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with regular walking and standing for long periods of time.
- Ability to push heavy food carts and lift trays and other equipment as needed.
Working Conditions:
The Hospitality Assistant Dietary Full Time Days will work in a patient care and kitchen environment, with regular exposure to food and kitchen equipment. The successful candidate will be required to wear proper uniform and arrive on time for shift.
