Job Title: Registered Nurse CVU Step Down Part Time Days

MetroWest Medical Center is a leading healthcare provider in the region, committed to delivering high-quality, comprehensive care to our patients. We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the CVU Step Down department, working part-time days.

About the Role:

This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires a strong nursing background and excellent communication skills. As a Registered Nurse in the CVU Step Down department, you will be responsible for providing direct clinical patient care, assessing, planning, and implementing care plans, and supervising staff to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct clinical patient care, including assessing, planning, and implementing care plans
  • Supervise staff to ensure high-quality patient outcomes and competency
  • Collaborate with the CNO to ensure safe and appropriate nursing care
  • Develop and maintain effective interpersonal and communication skills
Requirements:
  • Graduated from a state-approved school of nursing or an accredited school
  • Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice as a Registered Nurse
  • CPR certification
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Academic degree in nursing (bachelor's or master's degree)
