Telecommunications Services Coordinator

**Job Summary:**
The Telecommunications Services Coordinator will be responsible for assisting various departments in planning and installing communications equipment and systems for cloud-based voice solutions, Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), interactive voice response, automatic call distribution, and Private Branch Exchange (PBX) telephone switching, and in securing, coordinating, and expediting related services.
This role requires a minimum of three years of experience interacting with end-user organizations in coordinating the planning, design, and provisioning of voice and data telecommunications services, equipment, and systems to meet operational requirements.
**Key Responsibilities:*
- Coordinate the planning and installation of telecommunications equipment and systems.
- Assist various departments in securing, coordinating, and expediting related services.
- Maintain relationships with public and private sector representatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in telecommunications or a related field.
- Knowledge of cloud-based voice solutions, VoIP, and PBX systems.
