About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Service and Benefits Coordinator to join our team at CalNonprofits Insurance Services. As a Customer Service and Benefits Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the administration of employee benefits programs.


Primary Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analyze and resolve complex benefits-related issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
